WHAT USER OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

• It is not Coastal Kicks responsibility to hold your transaction or banking details, including credit/debit card numbers, cardholder names, expiration dates, CVV, and any other information required for internet banking or other payment instruments. Our Payment Gateway partners collect this information. 
• Orders and transactions you have made in the past, including product and pricing information, the date of purchase, payment information, and so on.

What Do We Do With The Collected Information?

Order Information is used to fulfill your orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging to ship, and providing you with invoices and order confirmations). The Order Information is also used for the following purposes:

• Keeping in touch;
• We screen our orders for potential fraud or risk; and
• We may send you information or advertising related to our products or services based on your shared preferences.

In addition to screening for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), we also use Device Information to improve and optimize our Site (by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, as well as to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns, for example).

We obtain certain information and content from your Google or Facebook accounts when you log into our mobile applications or link your account to your Google or Facebook accounts. We may obtain specific information based on your settings for that Website or account, and their privacy policies will apply.

 

HOW LONG WILL WE USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR?

As long as you have an account with us and you have questions or a claim about our services, we will keep the data you provide us with, regardless of any superior retention period imposed on us by legal requirements.

We may store your information in an aggregated and anonymized format after you have terminated your use of our services. You can, however, request that we delete your data if you need it for any reason after removing your account.

YOUR RIGHTS

Indian residents have the right to access, correct, and remove the personal information we hold about them and request that their personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.
